How This Works: Purchase and I’ll promptly reach out to you through email to initiate the design process. If you would like to skip the design process & have me do the design for you, please email me with the theme, type of charms you would like & color preferences and I will create a beautiful piece for you to match the description given.  

If you have me do the design for you, I  will not ship your order until you are happy & satisfied with your design & will continue to rearrange charms until you are happy. I will message you a picture of your order once I'm finished to confirm you are satisfied with the placement of the charms. If I do not get confirmation within 24 hours of contacting you, I will package and ship your order.
