Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Non returnable items and exceptions

Oysters and Pearls (Non returnable)
There are no returns or refunds on oysters, pearls or jewelry already shipped out or opened on our live shows as well as sale items or final sale items.

Pendants / Necklace / Rings / Bracelet / Anklet / Earrings (Exceptions) 
If jewelry is delivered broken we will issue a replacement or equivalent if the original item is no longer in stock. For a replacement to be issued we must be notified within 2 days of the delivery, determined by the USPS tracking number. With the exception of items being broken upon delivery, there are no returns, refunds, replacements or exchanges


Exchanges

In the event your item is delivered damaged, you have 2 days to contact us for an exchange


Refunds

Cancellation and refunds are only available 24 hours after an order has been placed and will be charged a 20% restocking fee if order is cancelled. Orders can not be canceled or refunded beyond the 24 hour window.

Can I eat the oysters?

No, please do not eat the oysters or pearls. The oysters and pearls are not fit for consumption. This includes your pets. Our oysters are soaked in alcohol to preserve them before being vacuum sealed. Pearl Envy is not liable for any harm that may be caused by ingestion.
