Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non returnable items/Exceptions
Custom Charm Jewelry or Accessories & Pearl Jewelry Pieces
There are no returns or refunds on custom charm jewelry orders, pearls or jewelry already shipped out or opened on our live shows as well as sale items or final sale items.
Pendants/Necklace/Rings/Bracelet/Anklet/ Earrings or Accessories
If jewelry or accessories is delivered broken or pearl is detached we will issue a replacement. if the original charm selection or pearl colors are no longer in stock there will be a replacement closest to your original charm selection or pearl color attached for repair. Youbmay send your jewelry and Pearl back to have the pearl re-secured if jewelry/prong is not damaged. For a replacement to be issued we must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery, determined by the USPS tracking number. With the exception of items being damaged upon delivery, there are no returns, refunds, replacements or exchanges.
Exchanges
In the event your item is delivered damaged, you have 1 day to contact us for a repair.
Refunds
Cancellation and refunds are only available up to 1 hours after an order has been placed due to each piece being custom designed by you & built by me to perfection per your request & fast processing time for orders. Cancelations or refunds will not be excepted beyond the 1 hour window.
